Eventi ottobre

October continues to be a month filled with significant events in the health and wellness sphere. From October 24 to 26, Rome will host the Amber meeting, dedicated to body enhancement and rejuvenation. This will be an opportunity for professionals to exchange insights on the latest innovations and practices in aesthetics and anti-aging.

Meanwhile, Turin will also be in the spotlight with two important events: on October 25, 2024, at Cottolengo Hospital, the event “Breast Units between Ethics and Organization: from Diagnosis to Therapy” will take place. The following day, October 26, the Peace Arsenal will host the event “Who Watches Over the Children? When Illness Puts the Family in Crisis.”
Revée, as a sponsor of these events, reaffirms its commitment to supporting crucial issues, helping to create a network of support and awareness.

Amber educational: the aesthetic meeting on body enhancement and rejuvenation

The meeting will be held at the Villa Pamphili Hotel in Rome from October 24 to 26, 2024. Organized by Amber Educational, the event will feature the participation of experts in the fields of aesthetic surgery and medicine. Attendees can also earn 6 ECM (Continuing Medical Education) credits.

Key topics will be addressed, including best practices in breast surgery, challenges related to breast augmentation, and controversies in body contouring. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from expert speakers and take part in interactive roundtable discussions. This will provide a comprehensive overview of current techniques and marketing strategies to attract new patients.

Breast units: ethics and organization

The fifth edition of the Breast Conference will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Fratel Bordino Hall at the Cottolengo Hospital Congress Center in Turin. The event will focus on diagnostics, context, and therapy for the most common cancer among women in Italy.

This ECM-accredited conference aims to provide an ethical and multidisciplinary approach to personalized breast cancer management. Through dedicated sessions, there will be discussions on best practices and advancements in the field. This helps improve prognosis, increase survival rates, and optimize the quality of life for affected women.
Participation is free. Those interested can register online via Symposia Congressi‘s website or contact the organizing secretariat by email at centroformazione@ospedalecottolengo.it.

“Who watches over the children? When illness puts the Family in crisis”

The SERMIG Conference Hall in Turin will host the event “Who Watches Over the Children? When Illness Puts the Family in Crisis” on October 26, 2024.

This educational event, organised by Parole in Movimento ETS and SERMIG, aims to address the impact that debilitating or terminal illnesses have on the mental and physical well-being of the entire family. The training day seeks to bring together professionals from various fields to reflect on the changes families face in such situations and to identify indicators of psychosocial risk for children.

Additionally, there will be discussions on protective factors and resources available in Turin that can support the mental and physical well-being of minors and enhance parental skills.
The event is ECM-accredited. It offers 3 training credits to participants, who will be required to complete a questionnaire at the end of the session. This meeting represents a key opportunity for professionals and families to contribute to building an effective and informed support network.
