Non solo melanoma 2024

Primitive cutaneous tumours represent a heterogeneous group of oncological pathologies characterised by significant clinical, dermatoscopic, histopathological, and course differences. These will be discussed in “Non solo melanoma 2024, innovative therapies in dermo-oncology”. The RES ECM update course is scheduled for February 16th  and 17th, 2024, in Turin, at STARHOTELS MAJESTIC, in Corso Vittorio II, 54.

The two days dedicated to the course will be marked by various sessions. Each dedicated to a specific topic. The focus will be on melanoma and everything related to it. From types, risk factors and treatment methods to the multidisciplinary approach to melanoma in different stages of the disease and future prospects.

During the second day, topics related to squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and rare tumours will be addressed. As well as actinic keratosis and cancerization, and peculiarities in the diagnosis and therapy of organ transplant patients. 

These are just some of the topics covered. There will be multiple moments of discussion and in-depth analysis with experts in the field to stay updated on new, less invasive, specific techniques and therapies for more accurate diagnostics.

Useful information

The course, aimed at maximum of 150 people, is intended for the professions of Medical Surgeon (reference disciplines: Pathological Anatomy, Clinical Biochemistry, General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dermatology and Venereology, Oncology, Radiodiagnostics, and Radiotherapy), Biologist, Hospital Pharmacist, and Nurse. 

At the end of the event, only those who have participated in the entire training program and have passed at least 75% of the questionnaire will receive a certification of 8.4 credits. 

The initiative is made possible also thanks to the non-conditioning contribution of Revée, which supports the training and dissemination event with the participation of  professionals who will bring their knowledge and expertise to the table.
